Sidecar – 17
Born in Paris during the years of the First World War and achieving popularity from 1920’s until today. Hennessy VS, Cartron triple sec, and fresh-pressed lemon juice are shaken and served with a sugar rim.

La Premiere – 17
A very continental mix of Smirnoff Black vodka, crème de peche, crème de mure, and strawberry preserve, shaken with apple and lemon, and perfumed with rose water.

Almond & Cherry – 16
A wonderfully refreshing drink bursting with aromas of marzipan and citrus. Disarronno amaretto, maraschino liqueur and citrus, shaken to a foam with egg white and served on the rocks.

The Italian Job – 16
A Cohibar staple for years. Pressed strawberry juice, lime, lemon, Frangelico and Tuaca liqueurs, and vanilla bean tincture are shaken and strained into a martini.

Marshallini – 14
Mixed berries with Chambord and a spritz of Chandon NV sparkling wine.

The Epicurean – 16
A subtle autumnal mix of Tanqueray, pomme verte liqueur, and a hint of ginger liqueur, shaken with apple juice, cinnamon, and clove.

Bellini – 14
The classic Italian champagne cocktail from Harry’s Bar, Venice. Crème de peche and puréed fresh peaches topped with Chandon NV sparkling wine.

Pink Passion – 17
Smirnoff Black vodka is shaken with triple sec, passionfruit, and cranberry juice, before being topped with a soft lychee foam and finished with chamomile flowers.
